Flashpoint Energy Partners LLC (FEP) has entered into an agreement with Pinnacle Propane LLC to acquire the LeCompton, KS propane terminal. The transaction is expected to close on or around July 1st, 2025.
The Flashpoint team is looking forward to working with both longstanding and new clients at the terminal. It is dedicated to investing in and maximizing efficiencies so that the propane retailers who depend on the terminal will view it as an integral part of their propane supply strategy.
Flashpoint Energy Partners sells propane and other NGLs across the United States, owns several terminals across the country and offers financial risk mitigation tools to propane retailers and refined fuel marketers.
